Energy and Change
Living is a dynamic force not easily defined or understood. Life is powered by the Unknown, within and outside. Life is a mystery, to say the least and life comes into existence with its own manifested energy. The world is teaming with life. Where does this invisible life energy come from (and where does it go)? The idea that life is energy seems to make sense but not all energy is life (or is it?) The potential of all life reside in the unmanifest. Where there is life (manifested), material meets energy and this energy is like electricity that carries throughout a life. The on-going journey of life unfolds through a series of channels. Change through the flow of time is like a charge or a spark of energy.
Energy carries through one’s thoughts, words and actions at varying degrees. The intricacy of doing takes many nuances and forms. There is a constant exchange and interchange of energy which is a part of living. We don’t all notice this but the main input and output of communications is through the senses, and from the senses the mind receives the effects. Expressions of human emotions are where a lot of energy sits and stays. The gateway of energy is the body, mind and intellect. Life communication is complex and is not artificial though man is working on artificial intelligence. This is a different area of discussion for sure but this is not within the scope of my current discussion. However, I will state that if something is not born out of the Divine Creation, and does not breath, grow or age, then it is not of a Cosmic Life Energy, it only mimics it.
One’s energy is terms of living on an every-day level is dependent on health, happiness and wealth. On this level there are many dependencies. Ultimately energy drives the human body and mind.
The ability to control one’s input and output of energy creates the ability and flexibility to endure, persevere and to expand. (Control of the senses: Perceptions help to keep the intellect and mind less burdened, and thus less emotional strain on living, itself). Change is factored in this ability. Change is constant but if one is able to meet the level of energy that is necessary to power the change or deflect the change, then life becomes less heavy or stressful. Reactionary, namely emotional exertion. whether an overt display or inwardly suppressed, is counterproductive to positive change. Any expansion that results on the level of the mind creates a sense of enlightenment. This enlightenment is equivalent to the expansion of one’s mind and from this point all higher levels of intellect creates a sense of knowing which ultimately enhances an absolute state of constancy or stability. Stability of the senses, mind and intellect helps a constant channel of energy flow to power the heart and mind. In the midst of change the constant is ‘Yourself’ which is your individual energy frequency.
Between emotions and reactions (actions) energy takes on both gross and subtle forms. For instance, aggression, compassion, sadness and love all come with emotions, mental states and physical expressions that emanate energy. Energy carries through the waves of communication which is charged with subtleties and unconscious energy, apart from conscious communication.
The higher mind is fearless and does not resist the force of change, even in negative circumstances but rises to the challenge even in the face of conflict. Humans do not generally create situations to allow chaos or negatively, but no one is immune to situations that generate various states of unhappiness. States of unhappiness, pain and suffering and fear all vibrate on lower frequencies. Lower frequencies do not help the mind to think clearly. This lower energy or frequency is counterproductive, and is without discipline and objectivity. If one is able to observe their own levels of thought and emotions then nothing can negate a sense of constancy and stability. The highest outcome of change is always with a stable and disciplined mind.
All in all, the mental states are affected by both direct and indirect experiences. Unfortunately, life can be plummeted into dark and negative experiences that have devastating effects. Violent and abusive actions negatively shatter the equilibrium and higher states of consciousness. This affects one’s outer and inner reality. There are methods of spiritual healing from many cultures that practice healing arts geared towards mental and emotional healing. Energy that is blocked, negatively affects one’s body, mind and spirit.
The art of retaining a neutral and thus positive energy while exerting the least amount of negative energy expends and enhances one’s progress. This ability overrides inner conflict (regardless if conflict exists all around) and works with both positive and negative external experiences. Therefore, neither chaos nor order can shake the equilibrium of energy.
